Love is in the air with butterflies on Valentine’s day
In Holland we have this expression that we feel butterflies in our stomach when we’re in love. After all those years, he still gives me this feeling so Valentine’s Day is a great excuse to celebrate love. Of course I know it’s officially to show your secret love how you feel, will you be doing that today? My love isn’t a secret anymore after over 13 years but that doesn’t mean we’re skipping today’s day of love. What are your plants for today?
Navy is the new black for me, so this dress was love at first sight because it’s perfect for now but it also spring ready. The print is not really clear, but it’s all little butterflies on orange and beige colours. A perfectly flow and a soft drape had this dress because of the crepe quality. I absolutely love the gold trims and the shell fabric belt which I have knotted around my waist to emphasise my shape. It’s a little cold for now, so I’m wearing a cotton underdress underneath and a cute vest with lace finishing.
To brighten things up I’m wearing these beige color boots and my off white purse. A cute dress, which you can also wear like a tunic dress on a pair of jeans. The dress fits well, here I’m wearing a size 20UK (which is EU size 48), because of the light A-line in it my hips fit in just fine. A cute way to combine the dress is to wear it with a different belt, or with jeans, or even with sneakers and a long cardigan. How do you like this dress, which is by the way on sale?!
