When me eyes caught this dress in graphic zig zag print, I just had to try it on.. and bought it!

You might not believe me when I tell you I don’t have any summer dresses in my closet. Just fancy dresses for a dinner party or very casual to go to the beach. Nothing for just daily basis. When the temperature rises I love to wear a dress, it’s comfy and it makes me feel good. So I was forced to shop, the irony! Just strolling around in the stores and accidentally walking into this cute number!

For years I’ve been telling you how C&A keeps on surprising me though it’s never on my shop route. This shop keeps surprising me, about the prices but also about the quality. I know when I was younger I joked about the abbreviation being cheap & awfull, lol. Since I’m grownup I think it’s rather cheap & awesome! A while ago I bought this dress and I’ve worn it already a couple of times. Often these shape dresses don’t fit me at they’re straight and well, I’m not. So I was so happy to see it sliding over my thighs. The tunnel at the waist is adjustable which I love, to add some shape.

Some other things I like to buy here are shorts and jeans. I noticed that despite their low prices, they still use nice materials. Which is something I pay attention to, being a fashion girl. This dress is made of polyester crepe and wears light. Underneath I wear a cotton singlet which makes the polyester not a problem, even on warm days. The necklace is a perfect match, I bought it the other day and has different color pendants. Cute and cheap, just how I like it. These sunglasses you’ve seen before, what a treat sunnies on prescription.

This dress is from the Yessica collection and is available in this zig zag print and in a second colour combination. Here I’m wearing the largest size which is EU 48, fits a UK20. As it’s a wider model and the fabric has a little stretch it wears comfortable. At the back there’s a drawstring which you can knot and prevents the shoulders from sagging of. The pockets are cute too, makes it a bit more casual.

Navy is the new black for me nowadays because a little softer than black. Though I had to think how to combine it when it comes to shoes because I love to match! Besides this look, I’ve worn it with sneakers and a denim jacket, casual. So it can be dressed down as well, I love to do this.  The red boots I have would suit just fine but more for fall, then I thought of these old cuties. The cognac brown color is a great match and the green clutch is also a tone from the print. Oh and I almost forgot, I dyed my hair, do you like it? Or at least the hair dresser did.
