An all black outfit with a dash of red for that extra fierce appearance. Ready for this?

Red is a powerful color and I noticed that I actually never wear red. Only on the lips or nails but hardly as an outfit. Why? Well it’s a fierce color, it’s there and it’s not to be ignored. When wearing an all black outfit a dash of red can the thing you need. That little smashing color which makes the outfit work. I think I managed well, what do you think?

The photos were made in the streets of New Delhi, India when I was there for a business trip. The cardigan I am wearing was made in India and I was fortunate to visit some of the factories we are working with. It’s so nice to see the products in the production lines and being created. You can imagine it was very hot, but since I went to India I really wanted to show styles which were produced there. This cardigan has been on my fave-list from the day I saw it. It was hard to photograph but it’s actually made of two layers. The bottom layer is a jacquard knit in black and white. The top layer is a very sheer black layer and becomes shine through. A lovely translation of the latest trend in long cardigans but with an original touch. Pretty different.

The cardigan I am wearing is a size XXL, the biggest size. The tunic looks like a top because I just folded the bottom hem towards the inside, but if you pull it down it fits over the hips. The tunic is also a size XXL and is also available in black. The heavy jersey quality wears lovely. The black necklace is mat black is very nice too and is also from DIDI.
