These holidays in glitter & black, but not in the standard way

During the holidays it’s very common to wear glitter and black right? I love it but wanted to try out something new. Well, new to me at least. Actually, I never wear pants with a straight leg. When I found this one I just had to try it out. These trousers are black and a printed with a silver, metallic dot print which gives the effect of sparkled or sequins.

These type of trousers are in fashion and you see them everywhere. The straight fit legs, elasticated waistband and made of a sheer fabric, often with a light crinkle in it. I wanted to try such a style for a while. When I spotted this pair, hanging all by its self in my size, I just had to go for it. This one is perfect for Christmas dinner, no need to open up an extra button as it’s so comfortable. I’m wearing a bodystocking on top of these trousers, with chiffon sleeves with cute volant cuffs. On top a long waistcoat, as the back is showing some irregularities. Never underestimate the backside mirror, lol!

It looks like a top, but in fact it’s a bodystocking. It’s slightly too small, too short for me and I’m wearing the biggest size XL. I  love the combination of jersey top, high closed collar and the sheer sleeves. It looks like a blouse it wears like a top. The waistcoat I bought already last year. At the moment the long smoking jackets are hot, so I searched an alternative which you can find at the bottom of the page. I couldn’t decide which shoes to wear, so I went for black and silver, perfect in December. Though I think a pair of silver brogues would be cute as well.
