Denim, volant & the golden shoes

Perhaps you’ve seen it on social media already, these golden shoes. I’m in love with them, or should I say blinded as that’s what the golden effect has. The metallic trend is something I’ve picked up immediately, as I love everything shiny! It started carefully with a cute little belt or accessories are becoming garments, shoes and bags in shimmer.

At first you might think this is a very basic look, a pair of jeans with a white top but it’s all in the details. This blouse is my current favourite item in my closet. I love how the sleeves have a light bellow, the standing collar and the flowy fabric. There is a ruffle at the cleavage area and this part is from a transparent crinkle fabric. It’s a comfortable viscose crepe which crinkles a little but it goes perfectly with the look. I love to wear it with a long cardigan or an oversized blazer, but for spring I’ll wear it like this.

These jeans have a skinny fit and suits me perfectly. As you know I do love a pair of ripped jeans so these are the sophisticated version which if perfect for those colder days. Because of its proper fit I can easily wear a shorter top on it. These jeans are a UK size 20, or EU48 and the blouse is a size L.
