An elegant long dress like this stands on it’s own

Sometimes you have to get out of your comfort zone and try something new. I’m not the type for a long dress, but when I got the chance I tried it on. Let me show you how it looked on me. It made me feel like Adele!

Since I’m not that tall (1.70 m) I usually don’t go for long dresses and skirts. Not because of the obvious reasons and the so called fashion rules, which tell you it makes you look shorter. It does, I must admit and the only reason why I don’t wear it that often is because it makes me feel huge. Though this dress has such class with the netting fabric, the V-neckline and the knotted waistline that I decided to give it a try.

The dress is from Edith from StyleHasNoSize and when we were making photos, I asked her if I could try it on. Just for fun. We decided to make the photos anyway. I’m actually wearing heels underneath the dress and the length is just about right. I decided to keep it simple and make it more my style, with casual hair. I just realised that it would have been the perfect dress for a nice choker. Missed that!
