Whatever the temperature is, a sleeveless blouse is an essential for your wardrobe.

It feels like ages ago but it was just a few weeks back that I was wearing this lovely blouse on the sunny island Curacao. Since I am back I have worn it a lot more too, but of course under a blazer or cardigan as it’s cold in Holland. This shows, a good basic item can be worn all year long. Don’t shop the season, shop your essentials. With the right items you can look lovely all year long.

This blouse is made from a very heavy jersey in a beautiful cream color. Despite the casual fabric, it gives a high quality look because of the fit, the cream color and the bow at front. The front panel is angle shaped and long so you can wear it tucked in without worrying it will come out. The neckline is low enough to wear it with a necklace, but high enough not to reveal any cleavage. I have styled it very casual this time as it was bloody hot there, but I also like to wear it tucked into a pencil skirt with a cardigan, being office ready. Or like I wore it last time, with joggers, sneakers and a blazer.
